Neil Buss is the Lead Pastor of Mission Community Church. He and Sommer have been married for twenty years and they are blessed with three boys. Neil and his family served overseas as missionaries and church planters in the urban context of Rome, Italy for over 5 years before returning back to Norman to plant MCC. Neil has received a Masters in Theology. God has given Neil the desire to see church lived out authentically for the sake of the gospel in our neighborhood, our city, and around the world. Above all, Neil’s passion is to see people love and follow Jesus with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Adam and his wife, Sherise, are lifelong natives of Norman and are blessed with three children. Adam studied art and filmmaking at the University of Oklahoma. For the past decade, Adam has led both congregational and youth worship. He is passionate about the gospel and the history of the church, for living a life fully-integrated with biblical faith, and in building up the next generation of leaders for Christ. Adam is also a writer and producer of music.

David serves Mission Community Church as the Discipleship Pastor. He and Letha have lived and ministered in the Norman area for more than two decades out of their nearly twenty-nine years together. Their journey includes raising two remarkable daughters, serving in various pastoral and ministerial roles, and planting True Vine Church where David served as Lead Pastor for over eleven years. David's academic accomplishments include a Master of Divinity degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he is currently pursuing a PhD in Biblical Theology. David is passionate about leading people in finding their source, supply, and ultimate delight in Jesus.

Bill serves MCC faithfully with integrity and wisdom gained over many years of walking with Christ and a love for God's Word.

Jim and his wife Barbara serve MCC faithfully with joy, compassion, and generosity. They have been blessed with two sons and six grandchildren. 

David and his wife Leisa have served MCC faithfully from the beginning with much discernment, unselfishness, and care.They have been blessed with two daughters and six grandchildren. 

Linda has a love and vibrancy to teach children God's Word and how to follow Jesus. She oversees the MCC Littles and Kids, helping encourage and support teachers and volunteers as well as helping come alongside parents who are raising a generation of children to know and walk in relationship with Jesus Christ. She and her husband Doug serve MCC faithfully with love and joy. They are blessed with two children and two grandchildren.
